It is almost exactly one year since I left the BBC. Time to reflect. In that year I have been round the world twice: around Australia twice and worked in 9 different countries. I have tried to connect with the learning leader community and made many excellent new friends. I have been challenged with new ideas and large issues at both corporate and local level. So how would I rate myself out of 10? Probably 6: someway forward but a long way to go. Thank you to everyone who demonstrated faith in me, and I will move quietly on from those who have let me down: big promises and zero delivery.
