Doug Lynch, Vice Dean of the School of Education at University of Pennsylvania and his PhD students are conducting research to measure involvement in delivery of training in organizations. They are focused on those who do not identify as T&D specialists, as well as those who do. We would ask that you circulate this survey among members of your organization, if possible.
