A colleague (a trained coach amongst other talents) has set up a new business: The Culinary Coach. She does NOT give cooking lessons, what she does is support the cook in his or her own kitchen and help build their confidence, transfer some skills and let them do it themselves. What a great idea. She will be there for a difficult recipe; a traumatic dinner party or just when you try something really hard to cook and be there for one session or twenty, you choose. Why not bring cooking and coaching together? Noone else has and it seems so obvious, like all the best ideas.
