I love this Intel Ad. It shows Ajay Bhatt the inventer of the USB port being feted as a Rockstar inside Intel. ‘Our Rockstars are not your Rockstars’ it says. Tongue in cheek it may be but it hides a significant truth
But just how many companies celebrate their Rockstars? And every company has them: the heros who make a tangible difference or help the company leap forward. Work might be a better place IF everyone claimed their Rockstars and treated them a bit more like rockstars!
