In February 2025 I will be running a three-session program, in association with the Learning Development Accelerator, that will explore how you and your organization can get started with organizational learning. During this program, you will use the model he developed to analyze your current state of readiness, where you should start building out the elements of organizational learning, and how you will judge its impact on your organization’s success.
The program will end with a detailed action plan to start you on your journey, and there will be an optional follow-up after a month to troubleshoot and share successes.
