Leadership Development

An interesting article in today's edition of Talent Management Magazine.  Usual stuff:  survey says!

But it reveals that there is discontent with conventional leadership development as it offers few opportunities for on the job training, and stretch assignments. In global companies there are few international assignments on offer.
