Values: Merrill Lynch

Carved into the stone of the wall behind reception at Merrill Lynch's London base are their five values:

  • Client focus
  • Respect for the individual
  • Teamwork
  • Responsible citizenship
  • Integrity

Would you be inclined to sign up to a company that had those values? I would.
